From the Weather Deck in Oak Creek, Wisconsin

Hey there! It's been awhile since I've posted, but I've been too busy laughing at how wrong the weather people can be! I don't like to brag, but I can be more accurate than these guys.

For example, last Thursday, they said it would rain on Sunday and the percentage was something like 70%. I told my owners that it would not rain, as 10 days is too far in advance to predict the movement of anything around here. Sure enough, the percentage kept getting lower and lower. It never did end up raining that day. In fact, it never smelled of rain.

It may not be that bright out here today, but it is nice and warm out here and the snow is just going to keep on melting! Should remain decent enough tonight. I don't smell any rain currently, so I think we might be in the clear for tonight. I haven't been to other areas of the state, so I can't speak for them. Where I am, even though it's cloudy with a chance of sun, it looks as though we're going to stay rain-free. I'd say dry, but there's so much snow melting that it won't be dry in places.

Of course, they weather people are saying it's supposed to rain all week - we'll see about that. I'm somewhat skeptical about that....

On Deck for tomorrow: Pictures and the answer to, "Do I smell rain in the air?"
